I do like to be beside the seaside
Our January destination will be North Berwick! We will be travelling on Saturday the 24th January, and meeting on the Edinburgh Waverley concourse at 10:15 a.m. Return tickets are expected to cost £6.05 with a railcard and £9.10 without one.
A classic Railsoc trip, the lovely seaside town of North Berwick will certainly cure the January blues. Well known for bird spotting, it features the Scottish Seabird Centre as well as a nearby library and museum detailing the history of the town. Walk along the beach, or if you have the stamina, climb the North Berwick Law to get a view of the entire bay!
